Hi, I’m Tonya.

I’m a daughter, a grandmother, an entrepreneur, and the designer behind this project. I spent 28 years at FedEx, and today I run my own businesses from home.

I buy homes for what they can become. Now I’m taking on the biggest project of my life: building a family estate where my mom and her sisters, the women we call the Golden Girls, can grow older together.

My faith carries me through this work. You’ll see it here, along with the plans, the costs, and the hard days.
